Awesome tablet!

I love the stand! Now I can read without having sore arms. I can watch a movie at Starbucks relaxed in my chair. I bought this to replace my Samsung tablet from 2010..It is much faster and I am very happy with the performance. The battery lasted more than 18 hours for me and the round edge gives me something to hold on to. Awesome tablet for the price! And again the stand trumps the other tablets for me.

I'm writing this review using my new Yoga 10" 16GB tablet and I absolutely love this device!
Pro's: Great design and feel, Battery life!, Android, Sound, and performance.
Con's: 1200x800 Screen Resolution! That's good but I wish they would have used a higher resolution screen. Regardless, still a great looking screen!
I would agree with everything that Lenovo says about this great tablet and would highly recommend it. I believe it is revolutionary when based on design but not based on hardware or performance. The hardware and performance is not revolutionary but its still great. Absolutely no problems running movies, music, web surfing, games, and other apps.

I have to say that I was totally surprise on this Yoga Tablet 8. Well built, feels good holding it, micro usb slot for charging the device which most of the new cell phones have those, plus it charges your cell phone too. I was not sure about the screen being alot of the new tablets have better resolution, but even at 1280x800. I was pretty impress, played my videos great including most of the format even MKV. You can even play the video while doing something else. And the text or font actually looks pretty good when reading. The sound for dolby is ok, better than most tablets out there. It has the range. You will for sure hear it. The kick stand is another beauty and I tell you I was able to adjust it in great position. Even on a soft bed and had it standing while pushing on the screen. Its solid. This thing is thin around the screen area then start to grow like folding a magazine and that works great when holding it and reading, surfing the web. Or even just holding it. It just felt good. The back area is plastic, but that whats make it lighter or cheaper. The microsd slot is great for putting your memory card for more storage. And now the battery and this is like unreal. I got a good solid 9 to 12 hours with heavy heavy use, thats surfing, having unit check more than 4 emails, watching more than couple movies, relaxing to some music while surfing and replying to email. Now if I was doing light task I would get unreal battery life on this thing.
So bottom line. I was totally surprise how well this thing handle and stand on its own. For the price and how it feels using it. Im still blown away. Maybe on the next gen model, I would just make it better resolution, and change the holes on the speakers to channel better other than that I think everything else is great. In fact I am happy how it is now. IM IMPRESS LENOVO
